Jeff was very nice and professional. I can't really give an opinion until I know the bats are gone. That means I don't see anymore. Only time will tell. Send me a review in 6 months from now and I can give a complete opinion.

Jeff contacted me within 10 minutes after I posted my request and came the next day to talk with me about the problem I was having with bats. He gave me detailed info about how he wold solve the problem with a reasonable estimate of the cost. He and his associate arrived 4 days later, as scheduled and did a thorough job. He said to call if I had any more problems and he would return. He also called twice to check. He also identified an area where termites were invading and he talked about how he could treat the area, provided an estimate & we scheduled a date to take care of that issue.

The entire project was handled by Leems and it was A-1 service from the first call until the project was complete. They were beyond my dreams and they cannot be beat in my book.

They have come back several times and each time gave been very courteous and have taken the time to explain what they are planning next. They respond right away each time I reached out to them and always showed up as expected. Their use of cameras to help see what is going on is very helpful. They are very knowledgeable.
