my gutters were not installed the way i requested. the contact person promised on 2/7/08 that the problem would be corrected. another lie. now i'm being told they will correct the problems when they come out to do the other work we discussed. i don't want them doing any work around my home and i want my $2000.00 back. the $2200.00 i paid for the gutters they can keep. there are three people on my block who was waiting to see the completed work.i called the home office several times to speak with steve. i am always told that he just left, on the phone or with a customer. as of today he has not returned any of my calls.

Working with Home Crafter Stores to get my new garage door installed, was a very pleasant experience. They were on time and very courteous. They gave me a two week window as to when my door could be installed and it was done within that time. Again, they were on time and finished the job early. I am very pleased and I would definitely recommend Home Crafter Stores to anyone who is looking for a professional contractor.
