Luis and his team did an outstanding job rewiring our entire home. I work from home, and they made sure to bring in an extension cord to hook up my router so that I never lost my internet connection. They were respectful of our home, and they cleaned up every evening so that we couldn't even tell they had been working on the house all day. They completed the entire job in only 3.5 days, which was significantly less time than we'd expected. They also fished the wires through the walls, leaving virtually no noticeable cosmetic damage to our drywall. We paid a very competitive price for the job and the exact number that Luis gave us in his estimate, even though I probably asked for a couple more new outlets than I'd originally been quoted for. Our new electrical system works great, and we feel like we have more peace of mind now. I would highly recommend LAD Electric to anyone looking for good, honest work at a fair price, and I will definitely be using them for any and all electrical work should I ever need anything down the line.

While, Luis' estimate was higher than my other 2 quotes, I went with LAD Electric because he called me on the day he was coming to give me an estimate because he was running a little late. He also went into detail on his estimate stating exactly what he was going to do. One other quote just stated, ..."Upgrade electrical service" and put an amount, and he also didn't come at scheduled appointment and I had to call him after waiting all day to ask if and when he was still planning to come. Other quote didn't even come to house and just gave me an amount over the phone.

Owner came to home ( no charge) to view situation rather than making a blind estimate of cost for service as others did. Work crew was excellent, explained the problems and how they were resolved and did a cleanup of replaced parts.
