Write a ReviewThe company was horrible with communication, the customer had to constantly reach out, he only communicated via emails and took too long to reply. The job quality was poor and blamed the customer for communication. He will not complete the job properly. He went back to fix some things and the parts have already fallen out or broke down. The provider has blocked the customer even from email and she cannot reach out to them.
The work was completed and the homeowner was happy, there was confusion about a few touch ups to finish since the homeowner wanted a quote for my work done and wanted to wait to finish up until we were back to do the other work. After the quote was made we didnÂ’t hear back for over a month. Then a series of vulgar emails and voice messages were received. At that point we returned and finished the work and still received more irrational messages that have made it too difficult to reach a resolution.
