The moving team was friendly and handled my items with great care. the service was smooth , reliable and professional from start to finish. the customer representative was also very caring and friendly , making sure all my questions were answered and that everything was well organized. Overall, the service was good and reliable, I really appreciated their positive attitude and attention to detail throughout. I would recommend them for a move.

1 Star -- Proceed With Extreme Caution- Kobe Moving Inc. I do not recommend Kobe Moving based on my direct experience. I hired this company for moving services and paid them and when all my property was in there unmarked truck they demanded, approximately $5,000 for work that was not completed as agreed. The job was left unfinished, and the condition of the work raised serious concerns regarding safety and professionalism. After payment, communication became inconsistent and unreliable. Attempts to obtain a clear completion date or resolution were largely ignored. This created additional stress, delays, and financial impact. What is most concerning is the lack of accountability. When a company accepts full payment, there is a reasonable expectation that the work will be completed properly and safely. That did not happen here. As a consumer, I have since been forced to pursue formal remedies, including complaints with appropriate regulatory agencies, due to the unresolved nature

This review is another false and misleading post that is part of the ongoing online harassment campaign by Michael., also known as Michael XXX. As we have documented and addressed publicly, this individual has a well established history of fraudulent activity against our company. To clarify the facts once again ? Michael hired Kobe Moving twice. The first time he paid with a counterfeit check which was reported to the LAPD under Case Number 240524000866. The second time he attempted to avoid payment entirely by using a false name. Due to his repeated fraudulent actions a legal warehouse lien was enforced on his goods in full compliance with California law. At no point did we demand payment for work not completed ? the balance owed was the result of his own failure to pay for services rendered. Every complaint this individual has filed ? with the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Los Angeles County Consumer Affairs, the BBB, the LAPD, multiple court cases and a fraudulent insurance claim against our company ? has been investigated and closed in our favor. We even offered a generous 70% discount to resolve the matter which he refused. Instead he continues this harassment campaign posting fake reviews under multiple aliases including Corey, Michael Slayer , Sandra, Mayra, Lord Michael and others. We remain fully committed to providing honest and professional moving services to our valued customers and we will not allow one individual's fraudulent actions to go unanswered. ?
