Did not show or call at the specified AM time. Mowed 1/3 lawn and had to stop due to rain. Said he would return the next morning. No show with no call or contact until 5 day and sent text asking if we could pick up where we left now than his lawnmower is out of the shop. I told him no as I did not know if he was ever returning and hired someone else. This guy is very nice but should have called me if he couldn't return because his mower was in the shop. I would have waited. Just needs to learn to communicate better. Worthy of a try again by someone with smaller yard.

The manager knows all about trees,shrubs,plants. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, and worthy of trust, Professional and I recommend him to anyone he does great work! He comes out as promised!!!

I scheduled on Thurs for Friday AM. Knox was able to do the work on Thursday afternoon! Totally went above and beyond! I would recommend them to anyone!

Last company I worked with cancelled on me the day before a home inspection. Called Mr. Knox and came out right away (within a few hours) and did an amazing job! No worries anymore about my inspection. I even hired him to handle my other property. Wish I could give him more stars!!!

Owner is very nice and prompt.Showed initiative in following up, arrived on time for first appt., professional and did a great job on the lawn. Went the extra mile in grooming the yard. Eager for the business and asked questions to understand our expectations...

I would not hire this guy again. The first month I was not happy but wanted to give him a chance since He is new in the business. Hired for monthly landscaping service at agreed price (same as my previous company of 5 yrs) He took great offense when I pointed out numerous areas that were not done correctly. It was shoddy work. Then afterwords he said he would come back next week to finish the back at an additional charge. Waaaay unprofessional. And bad attitude. Wish him the best but not on my dime.

Owner is very nice and prompt. Could use a better invoicing procedure. Could benefit from opening a PayPal account to make payments faster and easier (right now accepts cash or checks).
