Bottom line up front: Bill and his crew are by far the best guys I have hired in my home renovation (including another spray foamer) and I highly recommend them for taking care of your spray foam insulation needs. Iâ m a first time home-owner and am learning many lessons pretty quickly; the first thing I would say is trust your gut if something doesnâ t seem right or the contractor is pushing you. I did not and hired a spray foam company that was run by a friend of a friend and was given the â friends and family discountâ . This contractor pushed me to move up my timeline promising not to interfere with the HVAC work I had going on. Only he totally interfered and caused quite a few headaches. After talking with some people, I decided to look for another spray foam company to ask their recommendations on a few items that made me uneasy and also see about adding my garage to be foamed since the first contractor didnâ t even want to do that. This is when I found Knowles Spray Foam. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming. During our initial conversation I found out that the existing blown in insulation should have been vacuumed out yet it hadnâ t. Additionally, Bill without hesitation recommended that the attic have small A/C supplies and return to cycle the air and sealed up soffits. My prior contractor waffled on this when discussing with another contractor as we were trying to settle the proper way to do it. Finally, he also was adamant that any A/C ducting be fully behind the foam and not running out of the foam barrier only the re-enter it again exposing it to the high temps in the garage attic. I tell you all of this because itâ s the kind of know how that I wanted and expected from the first company I hired. It feels much better when youâ re confident in the knowledge/expertise of the people working on your house. Beyond the knowledge, Billâ s sense of duty and pride in his work is the highest Iâ ve seen and above what I expected. He literally told me â if youâ re not happy, then Iâ m not happyâ and when there was a question about whether a certain portion of the air conditioned attic was not fully sealed in or had a thin coat (from prior contractor) Bill and his guys were there without any sort of push back. He and his guys treated my mom with respect (she is helping me manage the house while deployed) and were very accommodating explaining to her what they were going to do and the building code that they were trying to adhere to. I cannot give this company a higher praise and in my opinion there only exists one spray foam company in the state of Florida that is worth dealing with. You will not be disappointed in hiring this team; hands down best experience Iâ ve had.

Bill is a first rate business man who keeps his word and backs up his work There were some corrections that needed to be made so we could put up the dry wall but Bill and his crew were there within a day to fix everything without argument or hesitation

Bill was very pleasant and willing to help me out. Insulated the attic access plywood as I asked him to with 2 2inch insulfoam and weather stripping.
