Keystone Carpets provided me with an exceptional experience and a high quality end result with my carpet installation. It was totally trouble free to have Mark show up at my house with sample boards, measure the rooms, and provide a complete estimate on the spot. Only a short couple of weeks later and the three-man crew arrived for installation. I’ve never seen a crew work as focused and efficiently! They were respectful of my property, did a beautiful job with the installation, and vacuumed up all the dust and fibers before closing the door behind them. I highly recommend Keystone Carpets. They are top notch all around.

This family-owned business was of the highest calibre, start to finish! From our first estimate meeting with Mark, straight through to the end of the removal and installation of new padding and carpets, we were extremely impressed and grateful. The installers were quiet, clean, and organized so well; each one knowing who is responsible for every single task at hand - and the exact order these tasks were to be done! Like a well-oiled machine these brothers were meticulous, careful, and quick. They even moved our heaviest furniture as if it were no strain at all. Their work was of the highest quality and very detail oriented. Their clean-up was even neat and organized! Mark and the Keystone Carpet crew are AMAZING - super professional and friendly, and they are always prompt at returning calls. We have used them for 10+ years. The most recent experience was when I called Mark to look at the carpet we had chosen previously that didn't seem to be holding up well to basic traffic, even being cleaned regularly. He agreed and worked diligently with carpet manufacturer reps to have it replaced quickly, and we only paid the difference to upgrade to a highly recommended much nicer quality carpet. It was SO WORTH IT and it looks ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! We receive compliments all the time on the color and how soft it is, and it has been wearing so well it still looks brand new. Mark has always been great at working with budgets and giving lots of options, and he and his crew have been wonderful to work with. we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Keystone Carpets!!

Very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. The 'little things' like outgassing of the carpet at their facility, instead of arriving in plastic bag-- no odor issues of new carpeting. The efficiency of installation. It's a family owned local business, no subcontractors. The showroom to your door, measuring, choosing, scheduling, etc. done in one visit -- so easy and less stressful. This was the best experience of any work done in our home or even any previous homes with remodeling/updating work. No middle man. The work was done quickly and efficiently -- like watching a choreographed performance. Avoid the big stores with sub-contractors, etc. Avoid the back and forth hassle of scheduling and choosing. Avoid the headaches that often come with remodeling/updating. One company. One local company guaranteeing each step of the way. The possible 'extra cost', consider your time and worries isn't worth the problems with multiple layers of sub-contractors, etc. Flooring is their specialty from start to finish.
