Called for an estimate for a leak i was having. Thei lead Tony came out to do an estimate. He pointed out another issue I was having with an adjacent wall when he came. When Randy called to give the estimate The price was a little high and I asked if that price included the other issue Tony pointed out, he said yes and explained they would be here for 2-3 day doing the work. So i agreed to the estimate. They came out to fix the original issue were here for half a day Said they were finished and when they got done they again pointed out the adjactent wall and said it needed to be addressed. I explained Randy said it was when he gave me the estimate, Tony said it wasnt in his note but they agreed to came back a second day to try a temporary fix. They ground out some mortar, said they couldnt do anything left it ground out and said it would be an additional 15k to fix it properly. I would have never agreed to the initial estimate had randy not told me they would be doing the other wall.

Very professional, great customer service -- Jessica, the project manager, was very responsive. Tony and Michael did quick & efficient work repointing the facade of my house, and then fully cleaned up when they were finished. In fact, they left the front of my house even cleaner than it was when they first started working.

Randy was great and called me within minutes to get details on the project, then arranged to have Tony, one of their masons, come see it in person. Tony was friendly, professional, and did a great job once I decided to go with them to repair some crumbling brick walls in our backyard. I appreciate how quickly they were able to start the work, within a couple weeks from inquiry to completion. Would recommend to anyone needing masonry done.

John and his team did fantastic work on this project! There were 2 major aspects of my exterior restoration project. First was to remove failing stucco off the brick front face. This uncovered damaged headers that needed to be replaced, along with some brick work that needed to be restored. Second phase was to restore the bricks, replace the broken headers, and repoint. John's team lovingly restored the original 1920's bricks (even going out to Harrisburg to find matching bricks!), beautifully refinished the base beside the sidewalk, and installed a dryer vent. Everyone on the team was very communicative throughout the entire process, and left me with a lovely restored Philly row home! I would not hesitate to recommend Keystone Brick & Stucco for your exterior masonry needs.

Within about 90 minutes of speaking to Randy, someone was at my house to take a look at the job, and 48 hours later it was completed. I am very satisfied with the quick, attentive service and the quality of the work. I will definitely make Keystone my first choice for any future masonry services.

John is a very meticulous, hard working man. He made sure everything he did was to my satisfaction. He always cleaned up after each days work. He was able to repair the stucco, replace rotted trim, power wash the old paint off and paint the entire exterior. It was a great experience.
