I was not happy with the results of the hardwood floor refinish. I paid $1,500 to get my floors done, and ended up with a mess. The issues I found were that the entire floor has imperfections in the finish - I wanted a satin finish, but was pushed to get a semi gloss that I was not happy with and nothing was corrected because I had paid. He said he would come back but also would charge me instead of standing behind his work. I have attached some pictures. Other issues were that the poly was applied so heavy that I had dry puddles on the floor. I had other quotes for $800, but Kevin's quote included the baseboard install and I wanted it all done.

Very competitive price. Work quality was good, except he had to return multiple times to fix some mistakes (at no additional charge) and left unused boards for me to return to the wood supply store.

Kevin was reliable & easy to reach via text. did a great job sanding and applying two coats on our hardwood floors. Good clean-up and a great value. I have already recommended him to friends and family. I would 100% re-hire in the future.

Kevins price is excellent but their quality is not good. They only taped up half the doorways leaving sanding dust everywhere. They did a poor job vacuuming up the dust leaving the newly varnished floors a bit bumpy. They seem to rush the sanding job nicking the walls leaving me to repaint them. I will now spend many hours dusting the entire house. You get what you pay for with Kevin.
