Appeared to have it together when we received estimate and paid deposit. I had to keep calling back to get any information on our project. Lack of communication skills and disorganization within company that goes all the way up to Kevin himself. Too busy to help even the small jobs out. The owner actually told me this on the phone. I would just appreciate paying for a service that is provided and actually have that service provided.
