I had been using a previous Pest Control company for many years. They were good at the beginning and impressed but as time went on, they did less and less work. When I called Bill Kerwin at Kerwin Specialty Services I knew that this company would have the service I needed. I first started with a couple of my rental properties and I received nothing but rave reviews from the tenants. Mr. Kerwin always calls before treatment day and my Tenants love that he attempts to remove all the spiderwebs from the exterior. We had a rodent problem at one of my rentals and that issue was resolved in less than no time. The attention to detail and communication skills are great plus great service.
