Ken was very professional and courteous. Very detailed in explaining things so I understood and did not pressure me in anyway to get the job. Ken did a deck and outside stairs, I am very pleased with his work and will definitely be using him again.

Ken was very friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. He came as planned and got the long list of to/dos done in one day. Job well done too, no complaints, not one. He also offered to help use get custom fit glass panes for shelves in various places in the house. Very good, will certainly engage him again. Thank you Ken!!

Do not hire this man!! He is a fraud!!! Has no clue how to do home repair!! He is a fraud!! Cannot replace floors or do plumbing or anything he claims!! He is a liar!! Do NOT HIRE . It will cost you twice as much to have a real professional to fix his incompetence.

In response to this horrible comment from Laura [Consumer Name Removed]. A.k.a. Laura [Consumer Name Removed]. I did not do any plumbing in this mobile home at all. All. I did was demolition and replace old black mold, saturated wood flooring with new plywood. I supported and relocated a wall, but did no plumbing? Whatsoever. This mobile home is riddled with black mold. She's very upset with that fact. And the tenants that live there are very upset and she doesn't want to continue here to fix, take care of the black mold for these tenants. And so now she has asked the tenants to move out. She has not paid me one penny. For any of my services whatsoever, I have 50 + 5 star reviews

Ken of Ken's Home Maintenance did an outstanding job in replacing some damaged planks on a hardwood floor without damaging the surrounding flooring. He was the first to reach out to me personally after I submitted a request for project quotes through Angi. Ken knew exactly what needed to be done from my project description and he provided an acceptable quote for the work. Ken performed the work flawlessly and cleaned up the workspace better than he found it. The floor looks great! I will definitely use Ken's services again.
