In short, I hired Ken to correct a job botched by another electrician. I found him to be quite ethical in his business practices and very fair with his rates. He explained everything that was wrong to me and showed me. He also explained what he would do to correct it and why it needed to be done. I am now certain that the situation has been taken care of properly and done for a proper price. Thank God there are still fair and ethical and knowledgeable professionals. From now on Ken is my guy for any electrical needs.
