We started work and then encountered a major water problem. Someone else had to take care of that issue and Ken was very flexible. They came back as soon as that issue was resolved and completed the work.

Ken Kendall delivered the project on time and on budget (except for some changes we opted to make ourselves). Ken and team were professional, timely, and easy to work with. Ken's preferred way of building, using Amwood, saved us time in the construction project. We have been in our new home for a month and Ken is working with us to tie up some small loose ends. The only constructive suggestion I'd offer is that a little more attention to detail would make a very good experience a better one. We would be happy to recommend Kendall Developments.

Even though we ended up not being able to build, Ken was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way to offer options and even invited us into his own home to show us floor plans and samples.
