Ken was very quick to respond. He spoke with me over the phone and had me do a few things in preparation of him coming out (On a Saturday). Had almost no water pressure and was expecting the worst either the pump was going up or the well was dry. Ken quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged water filter. He recommended higher quality filters. He explained how to check the filters and how to bypass them. Ken is very knowledgeable and professional, he explains everything he does in an understandable way.
