First off, I am glad I did not let the one bad rating for this company change my mind about using them. When I put in for immediate service on the site Mr. Vince Offutt immediately responded and accommodated my last minute request along with a very reasonable over the phone flat fee, no hidden charges. His staff worker was a very pleasant and respectful young man who got to work immediately upon his arrival and did a real good and thorough job. I am a Realtor and my company also sends out client survey's, so I have had experience with clients rating my performances and I understand there are some people you just cannot please.

Being that I used to clean carpets for about 10 years myself, I know the routine and the sale pitches and all that. But with Vince he was very professional. He did an excellent job on the carpet and treated me like a good friend. I will most definitely recommend Keep It Clean to all my friends and family.

Vince provided only the service we needed with no extra charges or fees - He did not try to solicit more services. Very professional.

Didn't give me a proper quote... quoted the job then when he got there said he couldn't do it for that price. Also had a child on the job ( around 10 ) mopped the floor with dirty water, didn't empty buckets and the floor was a mess. Didn't clean out cabinets as specified in the original discussion and in general a very sloppy job.

Keep It Clean has always taken pride in the work it does and continues to put the customer and their needs first. Keep It Clean did everything it could to please the client, unfortunately, the client was not open to a resolution. Keep It Clean took the criticism, as rough as it was, and turned the negative into a positive. Keep It Clean strives to make sure the work is done properly and is satisfactory to the client.
