An outstanding contractor. APS did a great job with my project. They handled all the permits and hoop-jumping nonsense with the village, began the project on time as promised and delivered a great backyard oasis and front yard transformation. They did everything from patio, to landscaping to lighting and of course, the beautiful pool, which they also provided after installation assistance with the care and upkeep. Great bunch to work with and I highly recommend them

Overall, I had a very positive experience with APS Pools & Spas. We decided to install a fiberglass pool for the durability when dealing with Chicago winters. The APS Team delivered what they promised with minimal surprises. They were very accommodating when we made modifications to the original plans,  or we made additional add-ons. Their team showed up daily and I didn't have to chase them to complete the project. Oscar's crew were hard working and respectful of my neighbors and the community. They always cleaned up their mess at the end of the day and were very pleasant to interact with. The APS Team did a great job in making our pool dreams a reality.

Exceptional Experience with APS for Our Fiberglass Pool and Spa Installation! ????? I recently had the pleasure of working with APS for the installation of our new fiberglass pool and spa, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the team at APS demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Right from our initial consultation, it was clear that APS had a wealth of experience in pool and spa design. They took the time to understand our vision and provided valuable insights on placement and design that perfectly suited our backyard layout. Their recommendations were spot-on, and we felt confident in their ability to bring our dream to life. The installation process was seamless and efficient. The crew was punctual, respectful, and worked diligently to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. They kept us informed every step of the way, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

My wife and I had just moved into a new construction home in May of 2021, and we waited a year for the ground to settle before we put on our patio. During this time, we were deciding what type of patio or deck we wanted to build. We ruled out the deck immediately and started to consider patio options from a Concrete Slab to Brick Pavers. We were referred to APS from a friend and began discussions with Doug Neff and his team on our plans. Doug listened to what our plans were, and he suggested that we go with a Porcelain Paver. My wife and I had not heard of a Porcelain Paver for a patio, but Doug informed us of all the benefits it has over concrete and brick pavers. Such benefits include no cracking like concrete, no weeds growing through cracks you sometimes see with brick pavers. No yearly maintenance and sealing as a brick paver, and our patio would be permeable. APS steered us right and we couldn't be happier with the decision we had made. We get compliments all the time.

We are very happy with our In-ground Pool Installation. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation to the completion of the job. Our new pool exceeds our expectations, and we are grateful to APS for bringing our vision to life.

Like I promised the owner. I will give my honest review only. Our experience was far from what we imagined yes, but I also don’t blame APS for everything, I would honestly say 10% the other 90% were just things that happened to us during the process like stuff broke/contractors/inspectors/leaks and equipment issues. The overall final product from the selection process to the finish and quality of the material and the way our pool turned out was freaking amazing. We Love it. We couldn’t have asked for a better looking pool. People are always complementing their work and yes we will recommend APS to others. Thank you guys for making our backyard look like paradise and for working with us on being within budget to make this dream come true.

Keith Doug and Oscar were awesome to work with always left my house clean and tidy, and the finished product was exactly as promised

All Property Services did a great job installing our pool quickly and making sure everything was of the highest quality. Would recommend if you are looking to install a pool.

These guys are fast, courteous and professional. It was a great experience working with them and the end result is even better than expected!
