The Kakos Team helped design and installed the perfect realistic water feature that complemented the natural "woodland" setting that we have developed in our backyard. We have found their work ethic to be professional and their yearly maintenance service to be outstanding. PJ Kakos responded to my inquiry concerning spring pond clean-out within minutes. He continued to return my calls or texts promptly. The same was true for his timeliness when arriving to the job. We have a large koi pond on our property (6' x 12') with a 2' high running waterfall. There are multiple LARGE fish that require careful handling during a day-long total draining, shoveling, pressure washing, and refilling of the pond. PJ and Garrett worked as a team, always respectful of the property, and steadily, as timing is important when handling living creatures. They cleaned up and carried away the very heavy waste matter to an appropriate spot as we requested. The pricing was reasonable for such an involved and demanding job. All work was completed as was stated in the contract. We were very pleased, and so were the fish!
