Drew was very professional and responsive throughout the entire project. He oversaw a building companies concrete repair of our spalling on our house in Islamorada. He obviously had a lot of knowledge in this field, and had the concrete company revise a couple of their repairs that he was not happy with. After the concrete was repaired, he oversaw a house painting company and their job on our house as well. Overall, we could not have been happier with Drewâ s job as a project manager for this repair. I would highly recommend hiring key lime properties for any project.

Drew is a true professional. His team showed up on time and did not rush through the job. He not only a standard deck, but he oiled all of our new railings on our balcony. This is quite tedious and difficult work. His assistant did a magnificent job. I highly recommend Drew and his team.

They did much more than paint and stain the house. It began with small projects inside the house, from electrical to plumbing to grouting/sealing to wall repair. We could not have been more pleased with Drew and his team. They not only did good work, they are knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant and even clean up after themselves. Additionally, we always knew when they were arriving and were kept abreast of any schedule changes. All projects were carefully monitored in progress. After having such a good experience with the interior work, we asked for a quote on painting the house exterior, the railings, and staining of the wood trim. They did all this and are overseeing a few more outdoor projects for us. All in all, in our opinion, you cannot go wrong by hiring Key Lime Properties.

KeyLime Property Maintenance responded immediately and repaired a door closing mechanism that had broken while tenants at our rental property. Drew understood that we needed action and he did everything, from excellent coordination of timing so renters were not disturbed, to shopping for a new door closing mechanism to making sure that it was installed correctly. When the door didn't close without manual assistance, Drew sent a video and we discussed options. When I recommended it was good enough, Drew spent more time and discovered that by oiling our old door hinges, the opener would fully shut the door. He went above and beyond even offering to return to paint where the old mechanism had been located. It is a level of service I have not experienced elsewhere and I made sure to tip him well. I have KeyLime Property Maintenance in my quick-dial list and will use Drew for everything from now on. This is a first class business with a first class owner.
