He reattached the air condition hose to the vent but never came back with the part he said I needed and would not return my calls. He never finished the job. I hired someone else to complete his work. Beware.

We had a major problem with our A/C and we contacted Kero. We were very satisfied with the service quality, response, honesty, punctuality and cost. A few months later, we contacted him for our Heating system maintenance. And as usual he did a very professional service. We highly recommend Kero for any HVAC services you might need.

He called to notify me that he could come earlier than I expected which was nice. He completed the repair in a short time, cleaned up the area was paid and he left. I expect to contact him in the future for additional work.

I am disappointed that he charged me $90, but he was not able to install the thermostat.
Response from Company:
It is not my job to run a wire that is stapled in the wall even though I spend time and checked if I can do it but that is a job for an electrician. And of course I have to charge you for showing up I spend gas and time I would not expect you to do your job for free.

Kero called right away and was able to come over the next day. He diagnosed our problem and got our a/c running within an hour. Kero is friendly and knowledgeable and his rates are reasonable.
