    buying expereince was ok - Michael used tactics to get me to purchase & I fell for it. Install was handled fair. SInce I am no expect I assumed it was being done properly & it looked great when they left. 6 mths later I noticed the carpet didn't 'pull up' well during vaccuming. I wonder if it was the quality of carpet (chose middle grade that met all criteria I had wanted) OR was it how it was installed/laid? The steps are particularly crushed of which they will do nothing about & there is no warranty, the remaining has areas that only pull up in certain directions of vaccuming. Mngr came out, blamed my vaccum and tried to sell more! ha!

    We always strive to give every customer a 5 star experience. While this warranty is the manufacturer's warranty, we still went through the warranty process for the customer. The carpet in question was examined by a third party professional carpet inspector and was found to have been installed correctly. He was also able to determine there was matting on the stairs that was from abnormally high traffic(two large dogs). Additionally, the beater on the customer's vacuum was not turning. This had the result of crushing the fibers instead of elongating the fibers. Upon learning of the inspection result, the customer then rated us.

    I negotiated the price with the owner in person and the company matched the price and better yet offered me a better product. I was very satisfied with Easy Access, adn I recommend to anybody.

    I was very happy with the both the final product and the professionalism of the staff. It was wonderful to experience such good old fashioned customer service,not to mention that they were able to do better in price than these corporate entities.
