Straight forward. Not Drama. They did the work as promised at the correct price. One other company bid the job, and they were just $50 different. Ohanes was great and helped me understand the process. He built a relationship of trust.

We hired KB to remove the popcorn ceilings from our home. I was told it would be a two day job, we could move back in at the end of the second day. They called me around noon of the 2nd and said the job was taking longer than anticipated and promised we could be back in by 12 or 12:30 at the latest the following day. I get it, jobs can take longer, I appreciated the heads up as we are having to make arrangements for 4 people plus a dog to stay elsewhere, p,us we have movers scheduled to come and move in ALL of our furniture which we had to move out for the abatement. On day 3, we get a call from a third party, 3 hours before we have the movers scheduled that no, you won't be in by 1, in fact you won't be in at all today. I have to contact KB myself to find out that information. I'm glad the asbestos ceilings are gone, but the scramble to find last minute accommodations combined with a lack of communication from KB made the ordeal more frustrating than it needed to be.

Overcharged. They didn't do amount of work that was originally thought was necessary but still charged the full amount. Also the guys that came out to do the abatement had very poor customer service. Had to pry answers out of them as to what the next steps would be After they were "done" with their part. They did not inform us that they only did a quarter of the work proposed as a lot of asbestos In the ducting was already removed from previous owner apparently.
