Justin kept putting me off with excuses to come back and finish trimming the bushes that shouldve been done before being paid. Told me he'd do it when he came back in July to trim my large palms then after that I get the old "do to personal reasons I cannot service your property" BS...I live out of state and he took advantage of that. Do Not use this guy. Hes flakey at best!
