Arturo Rodriguez was an absolute treasure to work with. Knowledgeable and supremely patient, he worked diligently for almost 2 hours to isolate and resolve the issues I was having. I still maintain that he undercharged me, but he insisted that the fee was more than fair. Well worth twice the price. Exceptionally happy and more than ready to get back to work.

By mistake I entered a review . I feel awful that it got through about him. It was my stupidity, my stupidity with computers. Arturo is an EXCELLENT, patient, knowledgeable and helpful brain. If I could put in ten more stars I would. He solved mine AND my husband's computer problems. AND he is friendly - let me even say kind. I would even say that I love him and he will be our only technician - and we have a son who masters the techie communications systems for all over the USA, and a Canadian office. I am so stupid. Do dumb people have to sign their names here?
