I had 4 old chairs I wanted to donate. They contacted me and we arranged a pickup. It cost a little more than I expected but they are nice people and I'm just glad to have more space in my apatrment

We set up an appt. They were polite and courteous. We discussed the job. It's going to be BIG. They understood the situation. We decided to work on certain areas of the house first. They dived right into action. Removal and clean up beyond what I expected . The next job will be on Monday.

Repeated attempted lies, broken promises, unanswered phone calls for days at a time. It was a nightmare dealing with this couple. Beware.

Beware business owners this customer will give you a bad review when you can not help her with personal errands outside your business scope because she pretends she's helpless and has no-one to help her. she will call numerous times to ask for help with errands that isn't job related to junk removal. I have helped her many times and when I didn't pick up her calls which was excessive she got upset and gave this bad review. she also doesn't pay on time. I am still waiting on payment from garbage I removed for her. I have completed her junk removal requests on time and when requested as I do my other customers, just because I am not available or do not want to help her with other errand outside my line of work doesn't give the right to give an bad review. beware business owners do not do business with this customer.

I had a big treadmill that I really wanted to get rid of and I reached out to many companies. Some were asking for was too much and one company gave me a good price but never showed up but I glad I ended up with Junk Removal for the Soul because not only were they on time, gave me a update on the way but they really worked on dissembling my treadmill, they gave me a competitive price, they were nice and friendly and polite. I sometimes feel uncomfortable letting in strangers into my home but I felt totally comfortable with Junk Removal for the Soul. I have to say nowadays you dont always get this kinda of kind and hard working vibe from strangers which makes me value it more. I can say anymore work I need on my home I now know who to call.
