Spartan replaced our roof and coordinated the solar removal and reinstall. There were a lot of moving parts, but the team explained the schedule and kept us updated.

Our insurance company required us to replace the roof, so we needed the work done quickly. Spartan helped us through the process and communicated well from the estimate to the final cleanup. The crew was respectful and the project manager kept us informed. The roof looks great and we were able to get everything handled.

Spartan installed our solar system and the process went well. The team explained the options clearly and helped us understand the system before we moved forward. The installers were professional and the finished job looks clean. There was some waiting during permitting and utility approval, but the office kept us updated.

We hired Spartan for a roof replacement and had a very good experience. We received several estimates and Spartan seemed the most thorough. The consultant explained the roof system, warranty, and timeline clearly.

WOW. Truly awesome customer service is hard to find nowadays, but it exists at Spartan Roofing for sure. Every single person we spoke to, from the salesperson, to the roofing tear off men was so professional and really a breath of fresh air. We got 6 bids and choosing a contractor was really tough, but we are certain we made the right choice. Even the finance company had really professional people to talk to and was really easy. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Spartan. The owner joel called us at the end of the job to do a check in on how his team did too, which really shows how much he cares

The entire staff was very friendly and responsive. The roof staff did a very good job on cleanup and handled the touch ups we asked for promptly. We noticed one more touchup about a week later and they got us right on their schedule and took care of it. Very professional, highly recommend.

I paid $62000 to have my roofs repaired - not cheap for a disabled person. Hopefully, thei dropping the ball is not because Im disabled. They removed but did not properly reattach my ATT line to detached garage. Also, there was a fluke rainstorm about 1-1/2 weeks ago and i heard a dripping sound in / near chimney. I complained and Brent Eikanas their contact promised to have supervisor here to check leak TODAY between 10-11 am and anchor the ATT connection like it was before they removed it. They no-showed AGAIN. I had to remind them of other items they needed to do to finish/using my payment as leverage - removing the old gutter all the way - they had only half-way removed it. I have photos and next winter will have to video and record leak in/near fireplace. I had to start documenting because phone call is useless. The workers left nails and some trash too and on Cinco de Mayo, their last day here, they did two structures in 4 hours,

I was nervous because progressive was going to cancel my insurance due to my old roof. I spent the whole day calling people and finally found spartan, Amy walked me through everytbing.
