Service was very good, Ruben was very knowledgeable and patient, he was able to answer all of my questions and they were able to reroute the lines instead of creating a bigger project by tearing up the slab.

Two days before Thanksgiving I smell gas, call the gas company, they came and removed the meter because there was a crack in the gas line, I call this company they came out and after reviewing the situation ,cost, was very expensive I decided to get a second opinion and that's when Mr Ruben comes in, he was one of the plumbers I call from Angie's list, I called him immediately ,( the same day ) he came out about 3 hours later, and he quoted me a third of the price for the same situation. He did the work the same evening, and after running a gas test everything appeared to be fine and now I'm waiting for the city to come back out to bring me my meter, just in time for Thanksgiving holiday. Ruben not only solved my problem he was very detailed, professional, reasonable, and genuinely concerned that my meter be replaced before the next day, which was Thanksgiving, his work was knowledgeable, efficient ,fast, pride himself on his work , he went straight to the problem and the problem was solved , definitely a master of his trade, takeing pride in his work. He's definitely one of the best plumbers I've known, and I would call this company again, for any future problems. Cheryl Waller

Drained my Hot Water Heater and completed some standard maitainance. He thought we may need to replace and quoted me for a new tankless hot water heater. He also pointed out a broken seal around my roof vent cap, which I later fixed. Fortunately he was able to get my current heater running without issue avoiding the costly replacement. He could have just said I needed a new one, but did not . Honest, even at his own cost. Great guy, when I get ready to replace, he will be my first call.

Amazing experience with Ruben. Ruben is Friendly, knowledgeable and explained in detail the problem and solution, very transparent. Ruben solved a problem possibly created by another Pluming company. Ruben will be my go to plumber.

Ruben was great. He was very timely and responsive. He recommended getting a tankless system. He answered all questions I had regarding the system after I did my initial research. Day of installation, his team was on time and they cleaned up after themselves. Ruben did a walkthrough with me to show me the new system and I checked everything was working properly prior to payment. Very nice and friendly and prices were reasonable. Definitely would recommend Jostan Plumbing Services.
