I paid this contractor over $35,000 for windows, vinyl siding, and gutters. They failed to install a gutter and downspout on one side of my home, leaving water to pool and overflow against the house and driveway. I literally have a waterfall on that side. I provided photo and video evidence; they came out twice and insisted there was no issue. After years of problems ? including dangerous ice buildup against my roof, and water turning my driveway into a dangerous ice skating rink ? Joe finally admitted the problem and needed to be fixed. A proper gutter and downspout were never installed. Instead, they left what is essentially a ?bowl? that collects and overflows water. Joe acknowledged, ?we missed it and need to fix it.? Since then: repeated no-shows and no responses. Costly lesson: don?t expect them to stand behind their work. Their pricing may be competitive, but the results were not.

I evaluated 3 contractors. Joe knew the trade, construction, and potential issues. His price was in the middle. His knowledge and problem solving on the job left me with full confidence!! He and his crew were amazing from to finish! I was totally impressed. Now, I am thinking about a siding project and window replacementâ ¦.. NO question I will use Melloâ  s Contractingâ ¦.. Richard

Joe Mello and his team resided our 45 year old home which included siding, trim and seamless gutters. The team was extremely professional, friendly and approachable. They arrived early each morning and worked diligently throughout the day. The site was tidied at the end of each work day and all cleaned up when the job was completed. Our home looks amazing. We have received many compliments from our neighbors. It was a job very well done at an excellent price. We highly recommend Joe Mello for siding. You won't be disappointed!!

Joe Mello and his crew did a beautiful job siding our home. It looks amazing. From the very first contact with Joe, we knew he was the man we wanted working on our home. We had other bids that were lower, but I am all about value and we got good value for our money. Joe was always accessible to answer any questions and he and his crew were very polite, friendly, and, most importantly, respectful of our home and property. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I Will Be Replacing Siding At Another Time.......... I did hire Jo to replace eight wood windows to vinyl in my home, job went well and we are very satisfied.

Installed a new bathroom window and storm door and interior wood door, they all work and look great with detailed trim on both that also came out great.
