Johnny On The Spot

I've been using Johnny On the Spot for many years now and they have come through every time for me. They replaced my Air Conditioner and my Hot Water Heater and my Heater system to be at their best all the time. Every year they come and inspect them for $39.00 and keep them working so as to not have any emergencies! Yesterday Arturo Agundez inspected my Air Conditioner and Tony Castellanos inspected my Hot Water Heater. Arturo found my Air Conditioner to have no problems but he cleaned my filter and checked all aspects of it to be working great and found some things to be concerned about. Tony found a problem with my Water Heater Anode Rod and thankfully replaced it so I would have no emergency problem with it sooner than later. Both of them showed up on time and with their expertise I knew I was in good hands! I highly recommend Johnny On the Spot for their service as you will be in good hands I promise and I will continue to use them in the future.

Horribly managed company. Too much reliance on low quality AI that gives the customer the run around. The tech that did the diagnostic said the water softener just needed o-ring replacement. the tech that did the repair found irregularities in the tank and could not set the o-ring right so he said it would continue to leak and it is, still gave me the $819 bill. As far as billing I was quoted $819, to lessen the blow I joined the Comfy Club before the repair to get a membership discount, still paid $819. Asked about the discount and after two weeks of asking was finally told the discount was automatically applied, I guess the discount was 0. Also as part of the Comfy Club I scheduled a HVAC tuneup with a window between 12 and 4 and by 410 still had no clue if or when the tech would show up. So I don?t feel Comfy, I feel like I got ripped off and will definitely not have anything further to do with this company.

Gabriel and another worker.....sorry forgot name....both were professional and did great work. They replaced fan motor in my parents home in no time and got a/c blowing cold again....thank God and thank Gabriel and the whole team at Johnny On The Spot. I highly recommend and you got a customer for life......Thank you

Jordan our technician was always prompt and answered all of our questions. Working alone and taking no breaks he quickly corrected the problem restoring our HVAC. Jordan is an example of good work ethics and Customer Service. The Office Staff were extremely helful in setting up the appointment.
