Again, took a week and a half to finalize. But overall OK.

I hired the appraiser over the phone. He said he would have the job done in a week. Actually it took about a week and a half. I thought the quality of the work was excellent.

He was prompt and professional during the appointment inspection. A professional with vast knowledge of this local area, great service, fast, honest, a pleasure to do business with.

This appraisal went a lot smoother than anticipated. They showed up on time, worked on my schedule. They did the necessary work and had the end result to me in a timely manner. Very satisfied!

Great Records - John maintains a data base that goes Back, he referenced that he had appraised the property in question back in 2006. So he had a reference to go back to as we move forward today to appraise the same property. Good JOB. Would highly recommend John for your next appraisal needs.

I waited one week to get the key I left for the appraiser back. I had a new renter that needed the keys to the house. After I did not receive the key . . . I left text messages and a recorded phone message, I did not hear back from this appraiser at all! I still, one week later, do not have my key back!
