The contractor did not use primer and only used one coat of paint. The additional $400 was to tear down and haul away a patio structure from our backyard.

They did excellent job, extremely polite, extremely professional, show up on time. They were very concerned about my opinions of things and showed me the process as it was going on so that if I had any questions or criticisms, they just did a great job and guaranteed their work for four years. I had a really good experience.

JOHN HOLDEN Company painted our House. The Painters were efficient and prompt and very meticulous, professional and did a GREAT Job. john and his crew were professional and did an excellent job … he said he was coming back in a few weeks to check if there needs any touch ups ! and gave me a four year warranty for his work! his crew did a lot of prep with my house which it needed ! He was coming in to fix what a bad painting company had done ! the house loooks great now ! See you in a few weeks John and thank you

I was very fortunate to find this company for my exterior house painting projectâ ¦. From beginning to end they exhibited nothing but professionalism, arriving on time each day, working quietly and cleaning up at dayâ s end. John Holden stopped by several times just to check that things were progressing in a timely manner. And, last but not least, The cost for the job was equal to, or lower than, other quotes I received. I was very pleased to say the least and I would recommend this company for any projects you may have.

Although the painting was good and the painters were nice, The owner, John Holden, is very hostile and rude. Sadly, I would not recommend them based on the behavior of the owner. It is a shame because they did good work at a good price.
