John and Kevin came and checked the furnace out. All it needed was the pilot light to be relit. Some how or some way it had gone out for some reason and I didn't know. They both were so helpful and polite and I wasn't charged. So nice. If I ever have another problems with the furnace I'll defnitely call them. No repair or replacement was needed...THANKS GUYS

As a successful local family business, John Dittenhoefer has many years of experience. Prior to installation he explained in detail what the job would require. My main point of contact was Chelsea who answered lots of questions. She worked with her brothers, efficiently and professionally, completing the job in two days.

John has not yet started the work however our dealings to this point have been excellent.

John came out right away and had my furnace replaced within 2 days! Other companies weren't able to schedule a diagnostic appointment for a week...and it was cold outside! They did great work! I highly recommend John.
