Jet Development and Construction

John said he would repair my deck with new planks and new braces. He did neither! He used my old wood-turned it upside down-and replaced it. The entire structure he replaced now has an 8 bow in the middle, and getting worse. He refuses my attempts to reach him, after sending over a dozen emails. He came once, said he would let me know what he could do, then ghosted me! It is been almost 3 weeks since he was here, and it seems he has no intention of doing ANYTHING! I would never consider working with him again! He has no integrity or pride in what he does. Please BEWARE!

Our project took a couple of days to complete (over the course of several weeks) but each night he left the site neat and tidy. He had solutions for any issues that came up before communicating any changes to the project. He completed the project in the way it should be done and not just the cheapest fastest option.
