He is very polite and very knowledgeable.

Over the phone quoted $225 to fix the suspected problems. Fortunately, it was not that and was much, much easier to fix. He came 1 hour late, took 2 minutes to put the door back on track. Charged a service fee of $150 which was not discussed. Not a good value for the money. He should have just changed the rollers as discussed for $75 more. He left and did not call me to discuss options.

He is on time, prompt, good pricing, went out of his way to get the job done and I am very pleased with that.

Jesus cleaned our gutters and roof. Very good job.

Very positive experience. Jesus dealt with a difficult installation very handily. The hw heater s diameter was greater than could fit thru the closet doorway. However, Jesus quickly removed the door and the wood-strip doorstops. After the installation, all was restored to its original condition with no extra charge. A venting lineup issue was also handled well with some flex pipe and metal duct tape.
