The person he sent out knew his business and did a fast job of the repair and saw areas that needed to be fixed

the guys were great ,this was about 5 years ago now and everything is still perfect. I am reaching out to them again now.

Jerry called and set up the appointment for the estimate shortly after I filled out the form. His quote was reasonable and honest. Brett called quickly as well for the install. The wrong vinyl color was ordered, not a big deal. Brett ordered the right color and came and installed it in the same week! I was very impressed at how quickly they got everything done and will use again!

Called for a soffit repair. Scheduled time for the repairs to be completed. The day before work was supposed to start the man performing the repairs got hurt and the job was postponed. I asked Gary via text message if the project would be completed anytime soon? He did not respond. Almost a month goes by and I did not hear anything from them. We schedule another contractor to perform the repairs but one day before that we are supposed to get the work done guess who shows up. House Menders performed the work without calling or setting up a date. When I asked why they showed up and Gary put words in my mouth and said that I told them to just get it done when they can. That conversation never happened. The work was good. The price was right. The customer service was awful. I will never work with them again.

Very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Cleaned up when completed.
