I donâ t know how we would have gotten any of our home projects done without Jason. We have called him for every job weâ ve had. Heâ s timely, efficient and does quality work. From all new window/door/baseboard trim. Plumbing. A full house of new interior doors and hardware. Custom baseboard heater covers. And most recently a full kitchen remodel. He can do it all. I highly recommend Jason for any home projects, big or small.

This project had several delays. It was originally supposed to take 4 weeks, and it ended up taking 10 weeks. Two weeks of the delay was not the fault of the contractor, but the remaining 4 weeks of delay were the contractor's fault. The biggest issue with the delays was lack of control over sub-contractors. The sub-contractors were not held to a schedule, and were able to come and go as they pleased. They would work some half days and just not show up on other days. Also, at the beginning of the project I was told that someone from the GC would be on-site anytime a sub-contractor was working, but this did not turn out to be the case. I did not complain about this during the project because I would oversee the work to try to keep the project moving. Throughout the project there were disputes about whether items were included in the cost of the project or were extra. We were able to resolve all of these issues during the project, but I do wish the original bid had been more clear about what was not included in the price. After the 10 weeks, the project was done except for the punchlist and the contractor asked for final payment. I balked at this because there was one day's worth of work left on the punchlist. The contractor put some pressure on me to pay him the full amount because the punchlist items were relatively small. After some back and forth, I agreed to pay him the full amount with his handshake that he would be back timely to finish the punchlist. This turned out to be a mistake. It took me 6 months of calls, texts, and emails to get the contractor back out to finish the punchlist. For those six months it was hard to get a response. When I did get a response, I was very low on the priority list. There were multiple no-shows, and days when he left without finishing even though all of the work amounted to just one day's worth of work. Even today there is one punchlist item not completed because scheduling it has become too difficult, and I have decided to just do that item myself. The end result of the project is very good quality, and I have no complaints about the workmanship. It was very difficult dealing with the delays that I felt were completely within the control of the contractor to manage.

Jason and his team arrived on time and promptly began the job of clearing my gutters. They completed the job and left my property clean. They also did some minor carpentry work which they did to my satisfaction.

I've got an very nice all-new hall bathroom. The job was done fairly quickly. Jason was very clean, putting up barriers to keep dust and dirt out of the rest of my house. All permits and inspections were passed with flying colors.

Jason came to my house in an emergency (at night) of a plumbing/water mess. He knew what to do and fixed it for the moment and came back the next afternoon and installed a new water valve and new toilet. He'll be coming back to install another toilet and clean up and remedy our basement from water and mold. He's a true life-saver for our home and gave us peace of mind when we were at our wit's end of what to do. He's super nice and my mom even said, he's an angel. That says it all right there.

My old home needed new bannister and railings installed, also stairs refinishing. Jason faced specific difficulties due to the age of the house and the floors layout. He came up with thoughtful design and selection of materials. The execution was impeccable. Without exaggeration, he created a piece of art. Too bad I cannot attach pictures. He is creative, professional, pays attention to client's needs, offers ingenious solutions to difficult problems and last but not least he's keeping costs under control. All in all, one of the best experiences I had with someone doing work in my house.
