Jamie DMC Painting

First time with Jamie and wasn’t sure what his work would be like. Half way through the job I asked him to come back for more work. Excellent work.

We found Jamie to be neat, careful, honest, mature, and an excellent painter. He is also fair with his prices, and any issues that came up he took care of in a fair, honest manner. We are 'fussy' detail-oriented customers and have an older home that requires care in interior painting around existing woodwork. A lot of careful detail work was needed, and was done in a professional manner by Jamie. We also had him do wall-preparation and painting on walls that had prior coats of wallpaper and old paint, which can be challenging to work on. He did a great job making old seams, gouges, and walls that were a mess, look smooth and like-new with great wall-prep and careful painting. He has a good eye for colors and blending, and he does detailed work with ceilings, trim and doors that looks very nice and professional. He is a careful worker in other ways, and for example in sanding during wall preparation he used a vacuum sander and made sure he protected our property (and himself) by keeping things as dust-free as possible. Jamie is pleasant to work with, gets his work done unsupervised, efficiently and on time. He is a non-smoker, and it was just a treat to have him work in the house (especially compared to some other contractors who has left messes or create other problems.)
