The company came recommended by a family member. They told me that the owner was a â Straight Shooter â . This I found to be true. They were always available to answer any questions and they arrived when they said that they would, materials were delivered the day before the job, as promised. The project was done on time, the quality was superior, and the clean up was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service! Jackson Exteriors did a great job replacing my entire roof. Great communication. Handled all the necessary insurance papers. Insurance paid in full. Owner and crew were professional and respectful. It was a pleasure to work with them. Cleaned up job site upon completion. Quality product and workmanship. Highly recommend!

Took very good care to protect property. Job done thoroughly and was excellent workmanship. The interesting part of the cleanup afterward was the attention to every part of the yard and driveway. I looked afterward and not a speck overlooked. I HIGHLY recommend Jackson Exteriors. The owner took special care to stay in contact with me and answered all questions I had. I needed two roofing jobs done and had never hired a roofer before. I contacted a handful of roofers and Gerald beat them all out with a great quote. He's a nice, honest and straightforward guy. He also was fast to respond each time I contacted him via phone or text. He was flexible with scheduling and the work was high quality. I would definitely recommend Jackson Exteriors to everyone needing roof work.

Quite a few homes in my neighborhood needed roofs, since they're reaching the end of the expected life. Jackson Exteriors replaced my roof at a price quite a bit less than bids neighbors received, and finished much faster than theirs were completed. I'm very happy with the results!
