Appreciated his open communication in explaining what was going on and the options for repair or replacement, followed up to make sure the job was satisfactorily completed.     J&Z went out of the way and accommodated my request for service. I had a burnt/lose wire in the main panel that was never installed properly by the original electrician! It was apparently just resting on the contacts without being secured properly for 13 years.
