This was our second time using Jon for work on one of our rental properties. He arrived promptly at our agreed time, and was ready with all needed tools and materials. He mounted a new under counter microwave, installed a new oven, made some minor plumbing repairs, and repaired drywall in several locations. He also took the time to straighten a storm door which wasnâ t closing properly, something a previous repairman had said couldnâ t be fixed and needed to be replaced. Once again, Jon was outstanding and went above and beyond!!

We were prepping a rental house for sale, and had numerous small repairs needed. Jon was great, he arrived when he said he would and handled all our repairs expertly and professionally. He not only did the repairs that we hired him for; to include replacing a sink and faucet in the kitchen, closing up some gaps in the eves, and securing a wobbly ceiling fan, but he also identified a poorly connected oven vent in the attic, and he repaired it at no additional cost to me. He did great work, I will definitely not hesitate to call him again!!

Painting of exterior walls and trim was excellent. Also made repair as needed. Showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. Also installed flooring in house. Exceeded expectations and would recommend him to my friends.
