Joesph the owner exceeded my expectations. He conducted a pre visit to the property offered suggestions and provided an estimate and date to do the work. The scope was extensive which iincluded pool, brick patios and driveway. These areas had leaf stains and algae. It was done efficiently and thoroughly.

I had my deck, patio and retaining wall pressure washed. I was thrilled with the results, they looked almost brand new. Joseph and his dad were prompt, professional and went above and beyond my expectations.

They scheduled and showed up on time and did a great job!

Fast, and friendly! I've honestly never met a more humble soul who enjoys what they do as a past time more than anything! I'll definitely keep using his services!

Just had the most amazing experience with JR Power washing! Joseph arrived on time, kept me in the loop on the project from start to finish. He did everything house, windows, screens, gutters and all cement!! Our home really needed this facelift! Highly recommend them! Hard to find such wholesome honesty in the world today!!

I called a few places and Mr. Rofail gave a competitive estimate. He was punctual and the work was fantastic. My home has never looked better and we look forward to using our backyard this summer.

Came when said they would. On time. Took great care when working on roof and did a wonderful job.. Removed 20 years of dirt and moss build-up. Roof (concrete tiles) look like new except for normal fading from age. I highly recommend Joe's company, J.R. pressure washing.

JR pressure wash is the best. Joseph visited our home to do the job. He was on Time and well prepared with all sort of equipments. After finishing the job, he walked me through the areas he pressured washed. He k owe what he is doing and let me know diligently why he couldn’t do the deep wash on certain areas. Joseph (JR Powerwash) seems to be a nice easy going guy. He responds very quickly and appears to be humble. Not only did he Powerwash our house but he offered to do the windows (39 of them), the backyard patio, the roof, front patio, walkway and driveway. We thought wow, he can do all that! He gave us a good price so we thought. But the quality of his work was not good. He had his assistant which was this old man which was his dad who could not do much. The job was broken up into two mornings. Both days were rushed and the quality of work was very poor with the exception of the roof and the washing of the house. Because we were soooo dissatisfied and disappointed with the work done Joseph had to come back and redo the backyard patio and the windows. However, he did do the patio better...the windows were not cleaned good at all and some not cleaned at all. The front walk way is not good till this day. They did not really clean up after themselves and they did not put everything back in place once finished. Basically Joseph ended up coming back three times to redo some things. On top of all that he made our neighbors truck a mess from the washing of our roof. And on top of that he left their pool a mess from washing our roof. There pool ended up having to be professionally drained and cleaned at JRs (Josephs) expense. He also had to refund us money for not professionally cleaning our windows properly. Although he did not refund all that he said he would is the reason I am writing this review. I did not want to give his company a bad name so I was not going to write it even though it was not a good job nor professionally done. But I ended up writing simply because he did not refund all that he said he would for the windows. Adding one more thing...our sports car in our garage was left dirty from the washing of the house/roof. To sum it up, this was a bad experience. Advise: check references and past jobs, very important. We regret using this company. Good note: Roof, house and driveway look good. Only after second cleaning/shining of the backyard patio does it look good too.
