Well, you certainly get what you pay for. I hired a company called J-Pimentel companies to do a small plumbing project which was simply running a water line out from our mechanical room to the corner of our house for our new sprinkler system to be hooked up. I tried to save some money and go with the "little guy", hence going with J-Pimentel companies. When it came time to blow out the water lines come to find out that this company that said they knew what they were doing, didn't have a clue how to do this. There was no water shut off for the line toing to the sprinklers, which meant no way to completely blow out the lines. I called J-Pimentel companies and told them the mistakes that needed to be fixed and that it needed to be done asap before lines froze. The company put me off 1 week and said they were be there on a Monday or Tuesday of the next week. That week went by and another week went by. I called and left voicemails and also replyed to texted messages from previous communications. Crickets....no response back. Basically I have been ghosted by them. J-Pimentel companies sucks! So, I called a reputable plumbing company and they got right out here withing a week, and fixed the problems and cleared the lines. Both the plumber and the sprinker guys just shook their heads at the job J-Pimentel companies did. What a joke of a company. All good now, but do not use J-Pimentel companies for anything that you need done right.
