This project was actually to remove and replace rotten soffit and facia boards around an addition on my house. Finding someone who knew what was needed was more difficult than you'd think. JP was recommended by the gutter company and he was on time for the initial conversation, had an estimate to me quickly and didn't need a deposit. I've learned the hard way that repairs that you pay for BEFORE the work is done, often don't get done here in Florida. Joe and the carpenter who did the work were polite and got it done quickly and well. I wish I'd found him before I had another roofer replace a roof. The other roofer was OK, but I have a feeling that How would have been better!

Joe is an honest man providing fast and reliable service. He already came highly recommended and I see why. Very reasonably priced. We will be replacing the entire roof in 2022. Guess who I'm calling to do the job? JP Construction.

Joe was prompt, polite, & honest about the leaky chimney. Been through three roofers who couldnâ t fix this leak over several years. Two heavy rains since completion & it looks like Joe did the trick. Highly recommend!

Joe was first class. He personally inspected the roof from the roof and from the attic. He didn t expect any significant plywood roof replacement sheets. He did say maybe 1-2 sheets. They needed a half a sheet. No charge. The finished in a day and a half and worked 13 hours on day 1 and 6 hours on day 2. Cleanup outstanding 👍. As a as an FYI, I asked him if he would make a recommendation as a change to his initial proposal what would it be? He recommended an Owens Corning asphalt shingle and a higher quality peel and stick underlay and said it s identical to the material he used on his roof. It added $1200 to his original estimate but the total was still in the middle of the other 2 estimates. Highly recommend him.

They came out and did a very thorough inspection of the work that needed to be done. Joe didn't just eyeball it, he got his ladder out of his truck and used his expertise to determine what needed, and didn't, need to be done. It was clear he knew what he was talking about and wasn't just trying to run the bill up as high as he could. His price as fair. It wasn't the cheapest one I got but I will always trade workmanship and service for price any day. The job his company did was complete. They really took their time to make sure it was done right which I greatly appreciate. I especially appreciated that when the job was over they did a nice job cleaning up and leaving the work site cleaner than how they found it.

Beyond happy with their work, finally found a trustworthy roofer.

Joe was excellent. Communicated well and treated us fairly. I plan on using him for big and small projects as needed for my investment properties.

He called right away, was very prompt, polite, and communicated well regarding the appointment. He answered my questions and explained what he was doing. He also followed up with me to make sure the leak had stopped.
