I am giving low ratings because we had an agreement for lawn service every 2 weeks. My lawn has not been cut since July. I sent an email, text, and phone message and as of now no response. I have been a customer of theirs for over 2 years and was happy with the work. Now I am not so sure about them.

I have been a customer for a little over a year and JMonta Pro has been reliable, professional and kind. I needed my hedges trimmed and it was no problem. Consistent, every two weeks (all I need) with mowing and reasonably priced.

He has become lazy in his work and when it was brought to his attention he had a fit and said he will no longer come to do my yard. He did not complete the trimming and edging the way we agreed to and I had to have him come back and complete the job. The job is still not complete, and he damaged my yard by taking the grass down to the dirt. Very unprofessional to quit the job when I asked what was going on. The whole season he has not been doing the job correctly yet I have paid him on time and trusted him to fix the problems. This time he added insult to injury after damaging my lawn and refusing to finish out the season. Now I am left high and dry and need to find a replacement because I am physically unable to mow the lawn myself due to a physical disability. I am appalled that he has treated me in this manner when I have been very understanding and accommodating to him. I would not recommend him to anyone else.

They provide a great service. I find them reasonably priced. My yard is tidy after they done mowing it. They also do it in a timely manner too.

Very courteous and very thorough lawn mowing, trimming, bagging up of clippings. They mow in alternate pattern each week, cleanup to perfection. Highly recommend!!

JMonta provides service. I have not had an issues with him since day one. He even did a one time job for a friend of mine on a short notice.
