I hired this company to maintain my yard. They started out great! Exceeded my expectations. In the last month or so the service I received was below poor! I contacted the owner about the issue and was told it would be taken care of the following week. The following week was a "No-call, no show" I contacted them again, and again was assured everything would be taken care of the next time they came. The next time they came, same issue, the areas I had asked to be taken care of were not taken care of. I contacted the company for a refund. I was told because they had showed up twice (no mention of the shoddy work) they would only give me a partial refund! Although I had prepaid for the service! I would advise anyone hiring this company to "Pay as you go" Otherwise, like me you are out money! Not only for their service but the money I had to dish out to have the lawn and leaves taken care of 2 hours after they left!

Service is paid for in advance as a company policy because we have had many customers go a full month or even longer without paying and then just discontinue services. Surely you can understand the need to protect the company from dashers like that. With that being said, we offered you half a month's worth of a refund because half a month was already serviced. You may have been unhappy with the service, but we can assure you that your property was serviced according to what your payment allowed for.We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced and wish you the best of luck with your new company. I hired this company July 3rd to do some lawn cleanup and sod work. I gave flexible dates for a time the week of July 22nd and Joe agreed to schedule. This was a rental property and he knew I needed to vacate by the end of the month. On July 23rd, I emailed asking when they would arrive and was told Friday or Saturday. When Saturday mid morning arrived with no work and no communication I called. Got no answer so I emailed. Later, he wrote back saying he?d gotten behind because of rain and would try for late the following week (after the end of the month). As I had already stated I had to be out by the end of July, and no time to hire someone else, we had to do the work ourselves. This company might be ok if you are hiring for standard lawn mowing, but beware if it is a one time project that you might get left in the lurch.

Recently changed lawn companies and gave JMK a roll. They have been on time, very friendly when needing to communicate, the work has been great! They dont run through the whole yard in 10 mins like the old company i had, they get the job done quick but take their time to pay attention to the little things.
