I hired JLT PAINTING LLC to clean and treat my roof and gutters and to wash and paint my house and outdoor sheds. He also tore off a plastic cover between and two sheds and fixed the areas of the house and sheds in need of repair. TEO AND HIS CREW DID A FANTASTIC JOB! First home I ever bought… I painted it myself about 25 years ago with the utmost attention to detail. I have never hired a painting contractor before, and was afraid of the “blow and go” that a lot of contractors do when they paint homes, (especially a rental property). I had to drive 300 miles to replace siding and do the best prep and prime I could do in the limited time I had. Teo assured me that he had my back, and that the upmost care would be used in painting this little house. Showed up to see after it was done. Let me just say that I could not have done this. Regardless of the amount of time that I had to invest in this paint job. It was the attention to detail. Masking and everything that went along with it making sure that this was exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier. I would hire them for painting again in a heartbeat. What an incredible paint job. And done in a timely manner, 10 out of 10. Thanks !

I had let one of my rental houses go a little too long without painting. There was some peeling and siding that needed replacement. I hired JLT to do the work. They were easy to work with and interfaced well with my tenant and neighbor (there is zero setback on one side of the house). They did a professional job on time and on budget. I would hire them again.

They did a fantastic job resurfacing my bath/shower. They answered all of my questions to help me prepare. The work looks wonderful and they were professional. I definitely recommend them.
