Mr. Joseph Schwartz is the most honest, kind, informative, and even took pictures during the process after old roof was taken off of the damage from water and original construction mistakes/ another company. He and his crew were outstanding , respectful and the quality of the work and cleanup was impeccable. I would definitely use this company again for any future projects without hesitation. He is the best!

Joe is very honest. I would use him again, replaced a 30yr old roof & it looks better than all houses on the block now. He didn't take payment until the work was complete. I highly recommend his crew.

We saw a sign advertising this company and we called. Joe was very prompt in coming out and giving us a quite and discussing our project. Walt & Robin, First I must explain my situation I hired a general contractor that was way over budget on everything and was not honest and doing things behind our back that was not right! And then I was referred to Joe Schwartz by a friend and I donâ t regret calling Joe and his crew to help with this big of a project my wife and I wanted a Barn/House they started framing the Barnhouse August 2, 2021 I have to say this ,when I sat down with Joe and his crew and explain what I wanted with this building project it was the most peaceful stress-free project I have ever been involved in! our building project turned out 100% beautiful and it was more than I expected they put their heart and soul into everything they do and they were very kind and very respectful and everything was done within our budget !!! I I truly believe with all my heart that they were building this as if it was their own they take great pride in what they do! I want to add this message that we really appreciate that Joe would reach out to us and let us know that the prices were going to be increased for example in a week or two he would give us a heads up and we should order the product early before the price increase and that was very helpful with our budget thatâ s the kind of people I want working for us that cares about usâ ¦ they did the most beautiful work.
