John was great to work with. He did the roof in one day, I got to choose the color and he was really well priced. John and the guys with him were also really detailed and whenever they found something important, they made sure to let me know.

Working with John was great. He had all the qualities you look for in a contractor. Punctual, honest, affordable, personable, and clean. He left my house just as clean as it was when he got there. Also, the skylight he installed needed a small adjustment and he refused to take my money until it was fixed! I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I was in emergency setting, called John to leave message, and he called me back 2 minutes later, came the next day and went on my roof with a really bad wind storm and rain to put a patch on my roof because I had a really bad leak. John and his crew go above and beyond to serve you and do awesome work I would highly recommend him.

John came to the house and gave me a rundown of what needed to be done to the roof. He was honest and professional. Honesty and professionalism go a long way when it comes to running a business. I would like to start off by saying they were very professional and very knowledgeable of what to do in my situation. Right from the start he was up front and honest and worked with me on to get the job completed. From start to finish I was kept up to date and provided with photos of progress and I was very satisfied with the end result. I will recommend this company to anyone looking to get a roof done. JI Renovations was a pleasure doing business with considering I was blown off by a handful of other vinyl siding & roofing contractor services which didn't want to deal with a repair, a handful preferred to only do new installs on the entire house. After presenting the issue to John considering we had discovered my siding was discontinued by Certainteed a few years ago, he immediately told me that he was willing to help and would look into finding some options for me. In less than a week he got back to me and we looked at some samples and I decided that one of the samples from another manufacturer was so close in color and profile that we would just do the whole entire side of the house that needed a repair to avoid mixing and matching panels any where else on the house and mostly because I'm a very particular about anything not matching perfectly, especially siding thats visible from the street. John was suggesting ways to save me money on the repair, but ultimately I felt it was more important that everything match so there was no further conversation needed, I decided I wanted the entire side to be done and John obliged. He was prompt and courteous, his crew was hard working and cleaned up very well. I would gladly do business again with John.
