Billy and Betty T Fremont, N. C. We had JLP Custom Paint to come in and paint the inside of our house. They painted, removed popcorn from ceilings, completely remodeled our bathrooms,. They were great with helping us pick out colors. Later they came back and painted the outside of our house . Again they were very helpful with colors.They did a great job inside and outside.We enjoyed getting to know them and were very pleased with their work.

We recently contacted JLP custom painting to remove wallpaper from our kitchen and dining area and to paint both rooms. Jeff and crew were prompt, friendly and very detail oriented. They removed the wallpaper and we decided to have the popcorn ceiling removed. So they were able to get that job done before they started the painting. They were very helpful in picking out colors. They cleaned up the areas each day before leaving. They suggested that we paint our hallway to improve the flow, so we also got that done. They were able to get a lot of work done in a reasonable time frame. Jeff and h

He communicated well with the customer, went above and beyond the needs of the project, he was timely, neat and came out the same day he was asked to when there was something missed on the walkthrough. He did a great job and I appreciate it.

They did a nice job overall, but closer examination shows that they painted on the top layer of the trim. And in areas that are out of view (like top of window trim)...there were a lot of mistakes. Also left a lot of tiny paint splatters on the wood floor. And honestly, 300 tiny dots are harder to clean up than one big spot. Although this is reparable, after paying them a lot of money, I expect not to have to do any cleaning.

We used JLP Custom Paint for a recent paint job which included scraping ceilings and painting 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, living room, dining room and large foyer area. We received exceptional service from the beginning to the end of the project. Jeff and Sheiah provide excellent customer service, superior painting quality, and were very reliable. They were very conscientious about cleaning up each night and working around our schedules. They are very trustworthy and I would definitely recommend them.

Jeff and his crew are a great team! We hired them to remove and refinish, to a flat surface, the popcorn ceilings on our recently purchased home (2 story, 1750sq. ft.). We needed the job done quickly and JLP Custom Paint did a fantastic job and within our time frame! The ceilings looked smooth and as if there was never a popcorn finish on them. They are very friendly and detail oriented--always making sure that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them!!! The price and service you will not find anywhere else. Jeff came to our house almost immediately after initial contact, however they were a bit busy at the time so it was a few days before they could start. Not a major issue at all. Our house had been recently painted by the previous owner, and was a very subpar job. Now our main entertainment rooms are immaculate and no longer cringeworthy. While the cost was more than we wanted to pay for painting, their cost was actually extremely competitive (and in every case much cheaper) than what friends of our have paid for the same service, some who didn't even get a quality job. These guys are super friendly and proffessional I would highly reccomend!
